Get paid every month

Examples based on our published rates, before taxes. Commission is calculated on amounts the client actually pays, excluding taxes. Refer three Momentum clients and that is $1,890 for a few introductions; add one app project and it passes $3,000.

Program terms
Simple rules, fair to everyone.
- You earn 10% of the fees a referred client pays HAPPISOFT, excluding taxes: on monthly plans during their first 12 months, and on every one-time project or specific service request (custom web or mobile app, website, branding, video, consulting) they sign within that same 12-month period.
- A referral counts when the client is new to HAPPISOFT and contacts us through your link (within 90 days), enters your code on one of our forms, or is introduced from your dashboard.
- If two affiliates refer the same client, the most recent referral is credited.
- Commissions are paid monthly, by the 15th, for client payments received the previous month. Refunded or unpaid invoices do not earn commission.
- No self-referrals, no spam, and no paid ads on the HAPPISOFT name. Only refer people who are happy to hear from us.
- Affiliates are independent partners and are responsible for declaring their own income. HAPPISOFT may update these terms with 30 days' notice.
Questions
Do I need to sell anything?
No. Make the introduction and we handle the conversation, the proposal and the onboarding. You never have to quote prices or negotiate.
Does it count for one-time projects?
Yes. A custom web or mobile app, a new website, a branding package, a video or any other specific service request earns 10% of the project fee, exactly like a monthly plan. You don't need to refer a plan to get paid.
How do I know my referral was counted?
It appears in your dashboard as soon as the prospect contacts us, and you get an email. You can then follow its status until they become a client.
What if my contact calls instead of using my link?
Ask them to mention your code, or introduce them from your dashboard first. Our team can also credit a referral manually.
Can I refer clients outside Ottawa?
Yes. We work with organizations across Canada, in English and in French.
Does it cost anything?
Never. Joining is free, there are no quotas, and there is no minimum to stay in the program.
