About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Video/Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, strong proficiency in video editing tools (including CapCut and other professional software), and the ability to generate compelling content for our social media accounts and YouTube channel.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw video footage to produce high-quality videos for social media platforms.
• Actively participate in the creative content creation process, generating ideas, and contributing to overall content strategy.
• Work closely with the content creation team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure that video and content align with the brand’s style, tone, and messaging.
• Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve editing and content creation skills.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement creative video and content concepts.
• Manage and organize video files and assets efficiently.
• Meet deadlines and deliver finished videos and content within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video/Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing tools, including CapCut and other industry-standard software.
• Knowledge of current trends in video content creation for social media.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary

• 600 FCFA – 650 FCFA / Hour (Based on Experience)
