About the Position

We’re in search of a highly qualified Community Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. If you’re a self-motivated, tech-savvy professional with a strong sense of ambition, we’d like to meet you. We expect you to have substantial experience in managing social media, PR, and promotional events.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all community communications for our diverse clientele across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our graphic designer to create engaging and visually appealing content for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Translate and adapt content in both English and French.
  • Generate compelling text, images, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and manage events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to align efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Sales departments to optimize community engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital technology trends to adapt strategies effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading community initiatives.
  • Proficiency in identifying and tracking relevant community Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and trends.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

  • 600 FCFA – 650 FCFA / Hour (Based on Experience)
